Shipping
 We offer both UPS and the US Postal
Service as shipping options. We try to have your order shipped within
1 - 3 business days of your order, but sometimes it can
take 7 days to process your order. Naturally, over
the holidays, delivery by both major carriers does
become a bit slower than normal, so please make certain
you order early.

International orders are
accepted on-line. We use USPS Global Priority Mail for
international orders. Usually we can fit up to 5 bars of soap into
a flat rate envelope for just $11, that's the flat rate price to most
countries. If you have a question on how much shipping larger
items might be, feel free to email us. We'll always try to find
you the best, most affordable rate for your order.
Payment and Ordering
You
can purchase our products by either using our website or
by calling us. We accept major credit cards,
Pay Pal and money orders. When ordering
on-line you have the option of using Visa,
MasterCard, The Discover Card, American Express,
or PayPal along with redeeming GiveAnything.com Gift Certificates.
If you would like to order on-line and
pay by check, simply order online as normal and use our "Mail
in Check" option for
payment. You may pay by personal check or money order. This
will give you the exact shipping rates. This is not COD - we will
not ship your order until your check arrives to our store.

Refunds
We work
very hard at making sure our customers are completely delighted with their
purchases. If for any reason you are not, please contact us
immediately and we will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any of
our products within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
We do not refund shipping
charges for either the original order nor to return the
package to us.
