If you would like to shop on-line and then mail in your payment, please select the "Mail in Check" option at checkout. Please be aware we will NOT ship until we receive your payment.

If you prefer not to shop on-line, just mail us a list of the items, shipping and payment. For credit card orders, we can accept your payment over the phone.
